The Gardinier group comprises five establishments including:

1) Le Domaine Les Crayères

A jewel of the Relais & Châteaux collection, Le Domaine Les Crayères is a mythical establishment in the heart of Reims, discreetly nestled in a 7-hectare park. A treasure of comfort and elegance since 1904, this former residence of the Polignac family welcomes guests in an authentic and unique atmosphere. The 5-star hotel "Le Château" houses 20 rooms and suites decorated with the care and elegance of French classicism.

2) Maisons Taillevent

Since 1946, the Taillevent spirit has celebrated the Art of Living à la française. Its signature: the pairing of food and wine. From our gastronomic restaurant Le Taillevent to our wine-focused brasseries Les 110 de Taillevent in Paris and London, as well as our boutiques Les Caves de Taillevent in Paris and Beirut, each of our establishments perpetuates a unique expertise and showcases the haute cuisine and wine heritage of our regions.

3) Le Florida Citrus

For 30 years, this subsidiary has owned and operated citrus plantations throughout the state of Florida.

4) Le Comptoir du Caviar

For over 20 years, Le Comptoir du Caviar has selected caviar from the best farms in the world and produced its tarama for culinary professionals. Le Comptoir du Caviar is now developing its own brand to introduce a new generation to a festive and accessible use of "uncomplicated" caviar.

5) Le Drouant

Created in 1880 by the Alsatian Charles Drouant, hosting the deliberations of the Goncourt jurors since 1914 and those of the Renaudot jury since 1926, a haunt of many artists, renowned for its majestic staircase... Drouant has acquired more than a unique personality: a soul.

Since acquiring it in March 2018, the Gardinier brothers have been committed to ensuring the continuity of the place, while resolutely anchoring Drouant in the present with its new decor, thus opening a new chapter in its history.
