Your Role:

As a Reception and Reservation Manager, you will:

Lead, mentor, and inspire the Reception and Reservation teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. 🏆
Develop and implement efficient booking strategies to maximize reservations and covers. 📊
Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring personalized service and maintaining guest recognition. 🌟
Monitor and enhance team performance through regular meetings, feedback, and training. 🎓
Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless operations and communication. 🔄
Maintain and optimize the guest database to uphold LPM standards and drive guest satisfaction. 💻
Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. 🌐

Profile

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in a leadership role within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset. 🗣️
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 🕒
Proficiency in reservation systems and a deep understanding of F&B operations. 💼
Analytical skills to monitor and report on business performance, identifying challenges and solutions. 📈
