To maintain this level of excellence, we are seeking a seasoned Resort Manager with strong leadership, luxury brand sensibility, and a proven track record in managing ultra-luxury resorts.

Profil recherché

Exceptional Leadership Skills

  • Visionary Leadership : You will need the ability to articulate and drive a clear vision for the resort, ensuring that all departments are aligned in delivering world-class luxury experiences.
  • Inspirational Management : We seek someone who can inspire, motivate, and empower teams across all functions—F&B, housekeeping, front office, and more—to consistently achieve excellence.
  • High Emotional Intelligence : Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll be managing diverse teams, mentoring staff, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Strong Financial Acumen

  • Revenue Management : A deep understanding of pricing strategies, yield management, and budgeting is critical to optimize profitability without compromising on luxury.
  • Cost Control : The ability to manage operational expenses, labor costs, and capital investments while maintaining the highest quality standards is a must.
  • P&L Accountability : You should have a proven record of delivering strong financial results, managing complex budgets, and maximizing revenue streams (rooms, F&B, spa, and exclusive experiences).

Luxury Brand Awareness & Sensibility

  • Guest Experience Focus : We expect you to have a relentless focus on personalization, attention to detail, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the essence of luxury.
  • Trend Awareness : Stay up to date with global trends in luxury, hospitality innovations, and guest expectations within the ultra-luxury segment.
  • Brand Representation : As the face of the resort, you’ll build relationships with high-profile guests, media, and partners to ensure that Anantara Kihavah is always positioned as a leader in the luxury industry.

Operational Excellence

  • Operational Efficiency : Experience managing complex luxury resort operations is essential. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining impeccable service standards.
  • Crisis Management : You should be able to effectively handle emergencies, guest complaints, and any operational disruptions with professionalism and calm.
  • Sustainability Focus : A deep understanding of sustainable luxury practices and how to integrate them into the guest experience is important, especially for eco-conscious luxury travelers.

Uncompromising Quality Standards

  • Attention to Detail : Ensuring that every element—from room presentation to F&B service to wellness experiences—is flawless is a key part of this role.
  • Consistent Quality Assurance : You will be responsible for monitoring service levels, training staff, and implementing guest feedback to maintain consistency in luxury service delivery.
  • Innovative Service Concepts : Ability to introduce new and exclusive luxury experiences to differentiate the resort and continuously elevate guest satisfaction.

Global Mindset & Cultural Sensitivity

  • Multilingual : Fluency in multiple languages, such as English, Russian, French, Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic, would be highly beneficial for communicating with our diverse clientele.
  • Cultural Awareness : Understanding and catering to the cultural preferences of guests from different backgrounds is crucial to delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Discretion & Privacy : Skilled in handling VIP guests, celebrities, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Sales, Marketing & Public Relations Expertise

  • Luxury Marketing Insight : You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that Anantara Kihavah remains at the top of the luxury market, including handling PR initiatives and luxury branding.
  • Relationship Building : Strong skills in building partnerships with luxury travel agencies, influencers, and elite networks that can drive high-profile business are vital.
  • Digital & E-Commerce Savvy : You should be knowledgeable in digital marketing and e-commerce, ensuring the resort is visible to the right clientele and optimizing online luxury travel platforms.

Adaptability & Innovation

  • Forward-Thinking : We are looking for someone who is always seeking new ways to innovate within the luxury hospitality space, whether through tech integration, sustainability initiatives, or unique guest experiences.
  • Flexibility : Able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the luxury market and implement changes that enhance both the guest experience and operational efficiency.

Client-Centric Mindset

  • Ultimate Personalization : Demonstrating the ability to create tailor-made experiences for high-net-worth guests is key to maintaining our exceptional service levels.
  • Anticipating Guest Needs : You should have a proactive approach to service, anticipating and exceeding the expectations of luxury travelers.
