En vue de l'ouverture cet automne du futur restaurant gastronomique du Ritz Paris, l'Espadon, notre Cheffe Eugénie Béziat et la Directrice Espadon recrutent !
Le/La Commis de Restauration est en charge de la mise en place, du rangement des offices et du matériel du restaurant dans le respect des standards de qualité et procédures en vigueur au sein du Ritz Paris.
Il/Elle assiste le Chef de Rang dans la mise en place du service et participe activement au bon déroulement du service en assurant la liaison entre la salle et la cuisine.
